Over the last 11½ years as an active member of Local 551 I’ve been able to gain knowledge in order to better serve our membership.

You elected me as Trustee for two terms, 6 years altogether 3 as chair of Trustees. During these last 3 years as a rank and file leader I’ve had time to find my passion which is to help people. What better way to help than to use my knowledge to enforce our contract as Body, Paint and PreDelivery Committeeperson?

One of the most important things I’ve learned is to not lose sight of what’s important and that is the members. Anyone that knows me or has worked with me knows I’m not afraid to speak up and make sure things are done right. I’ve taken classes on grievance handling, I have contract knowledge and the drive to gain more knowledge to better serve you. My promise is to represent you to the fullest of my ability. I will be downstairs in the district every day. I’ll do everything in my power to help improve your work life.
